Trial Radar provides access to clinical trial information primarily sourced from ClinicalTrials.gov, maintained by the National Library of Medicine (NLM). Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for use of ClinicalTrials.gov data.

Use of the Site

Trial Radar is dedicated to providing a secure online experience and requires all users to adhere to specific rules and legal guidelines. Users must use the website and services only for lawful purposes and comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws. This includes prohibitions on violating intellectual property rights, exploiting minors, distributing spam, and engaging in activities that disrupt the service or infringe on user privacy. Users are also barred from impersonating others, using unauthorized access, and attempting to circumvent service limitations.

Importantly, Trial Radar clarifies that the website is not designed to meet the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
